服務很差勁，住宿不開發票，詢問前台多次，給不出合理時間，顧客問題不解決，持久拖拉。一問就説税局放假，10.1日到10.13日了？還在放假？為什麼清遠其他酒店都有發票，就你們沒有

我在好奇，這個富寶大酒店的老闆有沒有意識到他的員工們服務態度都很差。例如：1.去前台辦事，前台人員可以一句話不説，表情好像我欠他錢似的；2.服務員往方便送水，連個“你好”都沒有，斜着眼神把東西遞給你；3.前台人員還在空閑時間看劇，你跟他説話，他竟然要先把那個劇多看幾秒再回答你；4.7樓的按摩那個地方服務更差，態度更差，我不知道他們是否真正知道什麼叫服務。難怪他們整體的分這麼低。
