When I checked in, I called the maintenance man to fix the air conditioner in the room, but it started ringing again in the middle of the night. I didn’t have a good rest all night. Even the hygiene of the bed was not done well, there were dirty tissues and hair on the bed. I called them and asked them to change rooms, but they said they would wait a moment and nothing happened. I didn’t change my clothes until dawn. I got up at 6 a.m. and left at 7 a.m. difference difference difference

The service of the hotel is very good. The lady at the front desk is warm and polite. She even helped me upgrade the room type. It is very considerate. I really recommend it. The sanitation is also clean.
