Lin Rui Apartment is actually a conglomerate of apartment units in Qingyuan Shunying Times Square. We chose this place because of its readily identifiable location. As it turned out this proved to be very propitious for us on our return trip from Gulong Gorge. But that is another story.
The studio apartment was huge and well furnished with all the required facilities. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean and everything was functional.
The self check in was fast. You are given an entry code which you use to change to a personalised one. While this is certainly very efficient I must confess that I missed the human interaction! However a definite plus for those in a hurry.

The apartment is clean and tidy! There is a balcony, a refrigerator and a washing machine. The space is very spacious and the surrounding transportation is convenient. There is a shopping mall just downstairs. The price/performance ratio is pretty good and check-in is very convenient.

The environment is very bad. Not to mention that the layout of the double bed was changed to a double room. The air conditioner was turned on at 16 degrees for three hours as if it was not turned on. The sheets still had disgusting stains, a bad smell, and were yellowing. The curtains did not block the light. .
