首先這個民宿是在一個小區裏面，名字是個酒店，實際上是小區房，小區房就小區房吧，臨時的房卡都沒有？
其次我入住的時候沒人幫我辦理手續，丟個房間祕密給我就算了，連小區門都要讓保安開，明明花了錢，卻像是做賊一樣，要從地下車庫進去。
最後隔音效果特別差，你在房子裏面説一句話，隔壁都能聽見，如果想別人晚上過來拍門讓你小聲點就入住吧。
照片就碼掉了，怕被找麻煩。

到美林湖探訪，因為朋友住在小區A，想盡量訂在A的民宿，一開始中介把我分配到了小區B，但聽到訴求後，中介唐先生主動説，如果當天A有空房，就幫我安排，實在周到貼心，點贊。民宿就是小區內的房子，由於唐先生交代得很清楚，下午就順利入房了；房子頗大，中式裝修，一廳兩房，水電燃氣網絡全部已開，一開即用，很方便，陽台對着樓下花園，景觀還算可以。房間裏的床鋪頗為乾淨，但是有些地方就不夠乾淨了，比如地板，桌子櫃子，洗手盆等，還有廚房灶台冰箱抽油煙機等地方就比較臟了，清潔阿姨應該很少打掃到。還有不足之處，大廳沒有冷暖氣機，衹有風扇，還有如果房內能配一些紙杯或茶杯會更好。
