環境清幽雅，簡潔乾淨。性價比非常高，老闆娘非常熱情，還不斷邀請我到大堂喝茶。最令驚喜的最令人驚喜的是這個民宿竟然有升降機🤣周邊有很多食肆，有農家菜潮州菜和燒烤。

環境很差， 最差的名宿就是這個了，真的一進去就是醜的，發黴那種味道，廁所什麼的都很臟，客廳啊都是沉來的，床上的污漬好像沒有換床單一樣，打電話還不理人説就這樣，退款也退不了，馬上就換了別的地方懷疑好評是不是家裡人住了自己刷上去的，家人們就住吧，一住一個不知聲，真的很無語的一個地方，什麼心情都沒有了！差！差！差！

真的是很奇怪，住完三天都開不出張發票，一等再等客服電話、店裡給的微信、老闆的電話都不接，到店也是在門口等了快四十分鐘都進不去辦入住，房間裏的浴缸還有濕毛巾和噴頭，一看就是沒洗乾淨，還好自己不用浴缸，以前出差都住，這次真的是無語至極！

入住了一天，可能是老闆這兩天比較忙，沒有非常顧得上店裡。下午四點多入住沒有給房門密碼，是前台阿姨幫我們開的。晚上十點多回來前台也沒人，大門也關着，聯繫了很久才見到人，這點的話有點糟心。其餘的話民宿總體風格不錯，也比較乾淨衞生，離美林湖温泉也比較近，附近吃的也很多。

這家民宿很不錯的，老闆真的有用心的打理這家民宿，裝修很有特色，房間十分寬敞整潔，周邊安靜不嘈雜，老闆很熱情，經常會帶水果和買小零食回來給租客，有什麼需要都及時幫忙，居住體驗很好

設施：房間名均以二十四節氣命名，低調而奢華。房內設施齊全、精緻、文藝，裝飾精美，熱水夠熱，水量大。有停車場，停車方便。有乒乓球桌、功夫茶、KTV 房，音響效果很不錯。
服務：門禁和房間門都是通過密碼來開鎖，省去了房卡，很方便。早餐是老闆娘自己做的，品種多，份量足，乾淨衞生。房主自營的店，老闆一家都很和善，老闆娘聰穎能幹，帥哥兒子文靜踏實。
交通：比較便利。離廣州比較近，可以從美林湖社區穿過去，離高速路口不遠。自駕方便。
周邊：樓下就是美食街，吃飯的選擇還是挺多的。毗鄰美林湖社區，有商業街，有摩天輪和小童樂園、水上樂園等。看湖景山景還是挺舒服的。
總結：前幾天爬了山，有點疲憊。選擇他家的目的就是休養生息。一是泡温泉放鬆，二是洗個舒服的熱水澡，三是唱個KTV，四是睡個好覺，都實現了，還順便坐了個摩天輪觀賞了一下風景，為愉快的五一休閑增添幾分愜意時光。

是家民宿，老闆自己喜歡喝茶，酒店裡都是茶具，房間也有，空間是比較大的，周邊沒有酒店，住這裏性價比還是不錯！
