跟朋友過來清遠玩，想着一早去太和古洞爬山看日出，選擇了這家位於太和古洞門口的沐雲酒店，步行大概5分鐘左右，超級方便，新裝修過的酒店，沒有異味，服務員很熱情幫忙拿行李，帶我們上客房，房間的衞生乾淨舒服，空間很大還帶有觀景陽台，隔音好很安靜，一覺睡到鬧鐘響。。。

酒店位置挺好的，出行很方便，房間非常乾淨整潔，設施方面很齊全，還帶有觀景陽台，我們這間房從陽台就能看到山景，依山傍水，環境優美，前台服務很不錯，第一次來對這邊不熟悉，給我們推薦的陽山聚口福的菜品味道不錯，應該就是地道的清遠雞，很好吃。

設施：沒有洗衣房，香皂一股臭味。空調很響很響。沒有護髮素。燈不能完全暗下來，床旁邊的椅子又破又臟，都掉線頭了兩天沒敢往上坐。
衞生：被子很臟，睡上去起疹子，叫服務人員來換還一臉不情願（我等了30分鐘的前提下）。以為我們不説粵語就聽不懂粵語用粵語來罵我們，果然情商不高智商也不會高
環境：除了大沒有優點，一開始燈壞了一直閃，換了個房，還好沒動屋裡設施不然估計又要我們交錢，真的噁心人。衣架全是破爛的也不換，牆壁又破又臟。
服務：兩天的服務人員就一個人態度正常。第一天換房前台一直咄咄逼人問什麼有沒有動設施還愛答不理 。晚上打電話一直不接打了五六遍。換被單的人我就不説了。一點服務素養都沒有，明明住兩天，還一直説什麼住一天怎麼樣怎麼樣，我**又不住一天，住一天關我*事。
如圖全是被抓破的疹子，特別特別癢。以後再也不會來了，避雷，住過所有連鎖酒店最差的一家，而且事斷層的差

房間温馨，前台語霞服務態度很温和，酒店地理位置也非常好，非常便捷，可以約小姐妹出去逛街，喝奶茶，下次還會再來入住的

住了兩個晚上，但床上有點癢，第一晚因為打麻將睡的晚以為衹是蚊子，但第二天晚上還是一樣身上會癢，向前台投訴了也沒一個結果。住過很多地方的維也納，這個最扎心了。
