從湖南過來清遠這邊看演唱會，前台7號小姐姐服務非常好，幫忙拿行李，還給我們推薦合適路線，還有清遠美食，出入也會打招呼，讓人心裏暖暖，還有做房阿姨，房間衞生收拾得很好，房間裏面該有的設施都有，面巾，床單都很乾凈，很柔軟，下次有機會還是會選擇這家酒店，性價比高，推薦大家入住噢！

第一次訂這家酒店，他們的服務非常好，睡得很不錯，安靜的，剛進酒店的時候，前台很熱情，服務很好，酒店床很舒服，還送了兩瓶水，衹住了一天，還是很不錯的，如果下次還來，一定還會選擇這家，滿意酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，房間很大，衞生特別好，很方便，房間特別乾淨，衞生間也很好，熱水給力，停車非常方便06

體驗感特別差。店家服務意識很差，定的是標間，給我的卻是一個布草間，房間衞生條件很一般，有黴味電視機也沒用。工作人員的服務態度差，多次溝通無果。店大欺客，掛羊頭賣狗肉。後來衹有找平台補償。如果有人看到這個評價，建議不要訂他們家的酒店。隔音效果也很差，基礎設施也很差。
