Very friendly and helpful staff. Most staff didn't speak English, which is quite common, but with the use of a translator, communication was OK. The hotel manager spoke very good English and was available when required.
The weather wasn't good during my visit but the staff did what they could to make our stay comfortable.
Hot Springs were nice although not all pools were available which wasn't a problem.

一家三口差不多晚上九點到酒店，來到酒店服務中心拿房卡，我問前台阿姨房在什麼位置，她説你往下前走有人在那裡的，搞到我開車到酒店門口問了保安他叫我往回走才找到，把行李放好準備放水泡温泉，泡完出來發現地上有條蜈蚣在爬，蚊子又多，小孩看到説怕要回家，我馬上打電話給前台叫人來看，她説小蟲，我説你看清楚一點，把視頻給她看才沒有説，現後帶我去換房，我想有小孩太晚了也就算了，第二日九點樓上就開始裝修打鑽吵醒了。我真服了，就起床吃早餐，餐廳還在酒店門口外面左手邊，也問了兩次人才找到。真是我有歷以來最差的酒店，價格也貴，服務差，衞生差。

設施：很有情懷的一個地方，以前很貴的，裝修是舊一點，舊的風格也是很貴氣的。
衞生：乾淨整潔，
環境：樹木成林，很好的山居環境，温泉水是一流的
服務：熱情放便，入住方便

座擁優美山體和温泉資源，但不思進取浪費大好環境，這應該就是國營企業的通病。
房間老舊牆體發黴，一進門就有很大的潮濕味道，蚊子多得嚇人，裝修可能有二十年了吧，木地板烏黑髮亮已看不到原來的顏色，不建議入住。

首先進入前台辦理入住，前台的服務態度不錯👍。房間也算簡潔乾淨！但浴室居然沒沐浴露、洗髮水（後來一問才知道是一包包的，但我沒見着.）！温泉池基本沒有上蓋（後來發現有兩個）正值雨天，上面落下的是冰冷的雨水、下面泡的是熱水。那種感覺就是冰火兩重天，我個人就覺得難受😣！

訂了兩個房間，有一個房間煙味超濃，開窗好幾個小時才散去，希望改進通風。各泡池配上下梯級的話對長者更友好。總體感覺還是不錯的
