Yinzhan Narada Resort Hotel

A family of three arrived at the hotel at about 9pm and went to the hotel service center to get the room card. I asked the aunt at the front desk where the room was. She said if you go down there, someone would be there. So I drove to the hotel door and asked the security guard. They asked me to go back and find it. I put my luggage and put the water in to soak in the hot spring. After I came out of the bath, I found a centipede crawling on the ground and there were many mosquitoes. The children saw it and said they were afraid and wanted to go home. I immediately called the front desk to ask someone to come. Look, she said Xiaochong, I said you should look more clearly, and I showed her the video so I didn’t say anything. Then she took me to change rooms. I think it’s too late to have a child, so forget it. I’ll go upstairs at nine o’clock the next day. I was woken up by the start of decoration and drilling. I was really convinced, so I got up and had breakfast. The restaurant was still on the left side outside the hotel entrance, and I had to ask twice before I found it. This is really the worst hotel I have ever experienced. The price is also expensive, the service is poor, and the hygiene is poor.

The environment is great, with lots of greenery and quietness. The hot springs are also great and very comfortable. However, the rooms are old and the air conditioning is noisy.

The room is very small. It may be state-owned. The service is really average. Many hot spring pools had no water, and one pool was so scalding to death🐸

It is a common fault of state-owned enterprises that they are blessed with beautiful mountains and hot spring resources, but they are not willing to make progress and waste the great environment. The old walls of the room are moldy. There is a strong smell of dampness as soon as you enter the door. There are frighteningly many mosquitoes. The decoration may have been twenty years old. The wooden floor is black and shiny and the original color is no longer visible. It is not recommended to stay here.

First, go to the front desk to check in. The service attitude at the front desk is good👍. The room is also simple and clean! But there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom (I asked later and found out they were in packages, but I didn’t see them.)! The hot spring pool basically had no cover (later I found out there were two) and it was a rainy day. What fell on the top was cold rainwater and what was soaked in was hot water below. That feeling is like a world of ice and fire, I personally feel uncomfortable😣!

I booked two rooms, one of which smelled very strong of smoke. It took several hours to open the window to dissipate. I hope the ventilation can be improved. It would be more friendly to the elderly if each pool is equipped with upper and lower steps. Overall feeling is good
