房間衞生差，沒WiFi，空調一點都不冷，窗簾也是透的，早上很亮，而且插座還有安全隱患，一插就冒煙燈也在閃，最關鍵是隔音巨差，早上七點就在酒店門口施工，巨吵，根本睡不了。跟酒店前台反映了，態度不好而且根本解決不了問題

入住體驗非常不好，首先是入住房間的洗手盆太小了，房間與圖片還有結束的不一樣，要比介紹的小很多；二是過了兩點後要收延時費，而且入住前沒人跟我們説；三是前台態度非常不友好，跟隔壁的維也納真的沒得比。
