Jiuhuashan Yuanhang Hotel

For our May Day trip to Jiuhua Mountain, we booked two deluxe twin rooms. The hotel is conveniently located, just about a 1km walk to the ticket office, and offers ample parking. One room was for my wife and me, and the other for my parents. The rooms were very spacious. While the decor might be a bit dated, they were exceptionally clean. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome fruit, and the rooms even came with Xiaomi TVs and bathtubs. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

I booked this for my elderly parents, and the garden-style hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Its location near Dayuan Cultural Park and the visitor center for the mountain was very convenient for exploring. The breakfast spread was generous, and my parents were quite satisfied. The only minor drawback was the somewhat dated design and furniture in the guest rooms. If they were to undergo a redesign and renovation, ideally incorporating standard bathtubs, the hotel would truly align with its five-star positioning.

Service: We checked in at the hotel with our two children at 9:30 pm on November 1st. The front desk staff, Ms. Lele, was cold, indifferent and impatient the whole time. Ask her questions and she will answer you in a retort manner. , the room type I booked had 4 breakfast coupons, but she missed one. She asked me in a very bad tone: "Didn't I give them all to you?" It turned out that she had missed one. This kind of service attitude is not suitable for working at the front desk, because it can easily affect the customer's mood during their stay and affect the hotel experience. Breakfast: The breakfast staff are very enthusiastic and there are many varieties. The noodles and toppings in the open stall are good, but the plates are not very clean. . . Facilities: It has a sense of age and the facilities are relatively old. Fortunately, the health condition is not bad. Stayed in a parent-child suite. The room was very large, and the two adults could take a nap just right. The bedding was relatively comfortable, and the view was great. You could see the Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva statue outside the window. Location: 1 kilometer away from the parking lot of Jiuhuashan Scenic Area. It only takes three minutes to drive there. There are many delicious food in the surrounding area and it is very convenient for dining.

The hotel is a 4-minute drive from the Dayuan Cultural Park. You can see the bronze statue of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva at the door of the hotel. It's about 10 minutes' drive from the tourist center, which is a pretty good distance. There are not many people staying in the hotel, so it is relatively quiet. The external environment of the hotel is quite good, with a small bridge in the courtyard. I booked a standard room, which was relatively large and fairly tidy and clean (but the towels had a bit of a smell), so I brought my own. The price/performance ratio is pretty good, more than 450, including breakfast.
