五星好評給甘經理，她真的是太辛苦了，房間缺啥，找她，前台，找她，接送，還找她，彷彿整個酒店的服務衹有她。所以説領導就是領導側重點就是解決問題，絕不推諉👍）因為我媽媽胳膊突然疼痛，要提前走，甘經理又冒着大雨送我們去車站，還給了我坐車車次的表格，甚至連直達車的票價都叮囑我了（那附近的黑車是真多，一不小心就給坑了）再次感謝甘經理，給我和媽媽這趟九華山之旅提供了極大的方便，展示了遠航精品酒店的高水平服務，也在這大雨滂沱的季節帶來了温暖！

入住後發現房間排氣扇聲音大，跟客服小姐反映
了，很熱情就幫着換了一間，還免費贈送了二份早餐，房間整潔衞生，下次還會光顧。
