這是安徽地區比較少見的温馨氛圍濃郁的酒店。環境整潔，服務管理規範，硬件設施齊全完善。客房整潔清新。沒有有些酒店的異味。特別是景點接送服務相當到位方便，是與豐盛早餐並列的特色！值得入住和讚賞！

酒店的環境非常好，房間非常大，衞生乾淨，服務也好。我們半夜因為被堵車臨時入住，一進門水果就立刻送上來了。第二天一早，因為要趕路，我們去早餐時，還沒有到開門服務時間，但是餐廳人員讓我們提前開吃，表示為不能吃到全部食物而抱歉，非常讓我們暖心。食物也非常豐盛。

非常滿意！
酒店的房間非常整潔，早餐的種類繁多，味道也很不錯，晚餐性價比也非常高。酒店有前往九華山的大巴，可以直接到九華山核心景區，非常的方便，坐車的時候導遊講解的也非常詳細。最重要的是，酒店的服務非常的貼心，當時辦理入住手續時前台小姐姐張燕耐心地為我們解答入住以及出行的各種問題。
下次如果還有機會來，還會選擇這家酒店！（酒店的圖片當時忘記拍了 就發一些九華山的美景吧）

前台服務人員特別奈斯，這個酒店買大巴票能直接開到山上，免去中間換乘的時間，酒店的飯菜味道很好，去的時候還蹭了個導遊，對於我們第一次來九華山的人來説特別友好，給我們講了很多需要注意的事項，規劃了路線，感謝🙏🏻

看網絡評價很好，便定在西峯山莊，到店後前台接待員提醒九華山交通管制，並告知直通車還有座位，由於是朋友出行很多人一起，大堂張婷耐心講解，並幫助我們在手機上購買大門票。一路上全是車，人很多很多，直通車節省了很多時間，下次來還會繼續選擇！

前台兩位小哥哥和兩位小姐姐，接待很熱情，有耐心，還幫忙免費升級了房型！客房服務也非常周到，幫忙拎行李，還準備了水果，幫忙照顧小朋友，房間乾淨整潔，空調給力，房間空間很大，窗外風景很好，酒店環境優美，樹上有很多小松鼠，小朋友特別喜歡！餐廳用餐服務暖心，飯菜可口，小朋友都愛吃，還有半後水果，下次還會選擇西峯山莊！

家庭房不錯，衞生乾淨，過年來房間贈送水果，早餐豐富，口味不錯，就是要早去，去晚了，吃的東西就很少了，酒店有去九華山的大巴車，很方便，下山再送回酒店裡。
