房間熱水一會特別燙一會特別冷，浴室牆面上好多頭髮，屋子蠻擠的，隔音也一般。説了就去一個景點十二點前能回，六點出門就強制收走房卡，説一定是回不來的但是我們十點半就回來了。來的時候遊客中心工作人員説讓老闆來接啊，他們有這個義務，但電話的時候老闆態度就有點煩氣，走的時候還説你們非要去接，現在交通管制不能去。明明別的酒店就有接的，也是工作人員讓我們給老闆打電話的，倒成了我們事多不懂事了。服務態度不好。體驗感不太好。

房間本身不小，但是可能窗户密封性等問題，室內較冷，九華山地區晝夜温差較大，室內不暖和。開空調又很乾燥。
衞生較差，燈具、窗簾都很久沒有打掃，有落灰。床品也顯得不是很乾凈，可能不是每個客户離店後都更換清潔。
沒有太多用具提供，一次性拖鞋、肥皂等需要單獨要求，飲用水同。電視也沒法使用。
房屋本身的建造已經這樣了，但在衞生和設施方面還是可以下點功夫。
