酒店裡面有很多蟲蟲我們住了一晚才發現，也不知道床上有沒有，幹不乾淨，和酒店前台聯繫，説加微信後面解決，問我們是否為本地人，我們説不是，隨後我們在等他解決問題，然後出門半小時，把我們微信刪掉了，真是無語至極，問題也不解決，也不道歉，

這是第二次住這個酒店了隔音巨差隔壁有個男的一直在打電話打了一下午晚上兩點多又和一個女的兩個一直聊天聽得一清二楚隔音差就算了最最最重要的是衞生間裏全是蟲！我不知道這次這個房間怎麼這麼臟哪來這麼多蟲子上次住也沒有啊這次房間裏和衞生間全都是有二十幾個還都是活的房間裏有三四個被我打死了但是衞生間全都是進去連個廁所都不敢上別提洗澡了巨巨巨差評！！！

新裝的酒店，衞生比較乾淨，但是特別差勁的一點就是 大冬天的沒熱水，一點熱水都沒有，洗澡都沒辦法洗，也沒辦法洗頭髮，給前台打了兩次電話，説找人修着呢，直到離店也沒有熱水 ，滿肚子火，不會再去

房間太冷了，聯繫客服讓幫忙調下空調，結果人家調的是除濕，還説房子大，熱起來要一會時間，結果一晚上就像冰窖似的，太冷了，吹風機也是壞的，還有我預訂之前看的住過的人評論説是房間很不隔音，酒店答覆是已調整，結果就是一點都不隔音，原來有的話，真的衹是説説而已，很少給人差評，這次真的太冷了
