1. The location of the hotel is very partial, and the surrounding area seems to be a large construction site;
2. The hotel cannot provide breakfast (the restaurant is closed for breakfast);
3. There is no breakfast spot within 200m around the hotel, which is very inconvenient;

入住體驗非常不滿意。查賬單時重複扣了兩筆錢。1.前台服務人員很不專業，提醒以後消費者如果入住要先提醒前台你是先訂好的，避免多花錢，他們不會問的，衹會收按金在扣款。我以後堅決不去了。2.從服務部門的領導到下面的工作人員，無法為你解決任何問題，衹有一句話，我們解決不了，你去找下訂單的地方退款吧。從金錢和精神上都沒有跟消費者進行合適的溝通。換言之，缺乏這些應急情況的具體應對措施。未能讓消費者有一個好的體驗，對這個酒店以及這個品牌的酒店不認同。

房間一塵不染，保潔阿姨很認真，早餐也不錯，就是浴缸打掃不太徹底，而且水發黃，是不是該清洗水箱了，還有就是一出電梯真黑
