前台有個女的 臉拉那麼長 好像她老公和別人跑了一樣 還披頭散髮的 沒點形象 我連續住了幾天 沒有一天打掃衞生 衹是在我們要求下 給放了一次衞生間用的紙 住了幾天房子沒有礦泉水 我向前台那個驢臉一樣長的醜女人要水 人家告訴我客房不給😂真是笑哭我了

入住體驗非常不滿意。查賬單時重複扣了兩筆錢。1.前台服務人員很不專業，提醒以後消費者如果入住要先提醒前台你是先訂好的，避免多花錢，他們不會問的，衹會收按金在扣款。我以後堅決不去了。2.從服務部門的領導到下面的工作人員，無法為你解決任何問題，衹有一句話，我們解決不了，你去找下訂單的地方退款吧。從金錢和精神上都沒有跟消費者進行合適的溝通。換言之，缺乏這些應急情況的具體應對措施。未能讓消費者有一個好的體驗，對這個酒店以及這個品牌的酒店不認同。

房間一塵不染，保潔阿姨很認真，早餐也不錯，就是浴缸打掃不太徹底，而且水發黃，是不是該清洗水箱了，還有就是一出電梯真黑
