網上訂的大床房，到了以後女前台告知沒有房間了，讓我退單，態度非常不好，後來一個男經理説換到另一個酒店，我説讓退還差價，女前台態度更惡劣，最後男經理帶到了另一個酒店，他態度非常好，一路上幫我們拿東西。女前台自己的錯誤不知道反省，定好了房間説忘記了，態度還不好，應該是管理還不夠到位吧

噪音大，隔壁打呼嚕，就和在一個家一樣，一整晚就和在廠房睡一樣，嗡隆隆的聲音一直響，尤其是躺床上沒辦法睡覺，孩子高考訂了個這樣的房間後悔死了，讓孩子一晚上沒辦法入睡，打電話到前台，但也沒給處理，最傷心的一次入住體驗

#好評#對床品清潔度，職員態度，防治蚊蟲措施滿意；服务做得不错的，还帮助提行李，这个必须点赞。设施一般，尤其老人家爬四楼有些困难。其他都还好。
