前段時間出遊，住的這家酒店體驗超棒，必須安利！
酒店位置絕佳，就在市中心，周邊吃飯方便。不管是去景點還是找地方吃飯都很省心。踏入大堂，裝修得典雅又大氣。房間佈置温馨舒適，乾淨整潔，床品也很柔軟，晚上睡得超香，從前台辦理入住的熱情接待，到客房服務的及時響應，每個工作人員都面帶微笑，服務細緻入微。入住時還貼心送了歡迎禮品，強烈推薦這家酒店，以後出行還得選如家品牌！

服務：晚上10點左右到的，服務和天氣一樣，好冷，晚上值班是很累，但是沒有熱度和耐心
但是保安大叔，真的很熱心
設施：真的太冷了，屋子一進去和室外一個温度，關上窗户，晚上打空調，預熱很久，並且在頭頂吹風，太吵了，最小風，晚上就在10度左右睡覺的，冰冷。沒有暖氣，沒有地暖！
環境：迷宮真的，真的屋內很小，都是濃縮！

前台有問題，在明知道房間排風扇有問題的情況下還給我們開上這間房。導致我們半夜2點還要換房間！
半夜2點給前台打電話，前台直接説那個房間排風有問題，給你換個把，我請問你明知道有問題為什麼還要給我們開這間房？排風扇關不掉，在大冬天排的冷風，噪音非常大，吵的睡不着，房間還一股異味！
換房間後凌晨2點洗衣機一直洗，純粹**！
服務差，噪音大，凌晨兩點讓你換房間，不把顧客當回事！
