很不錯的房間，位置就在市中心很方便。樓下就有一堆吃的，往動車站也就微巴五分鐘。

每次回青田都會來住這裏，在市中心，吃喝玩樂一站式，特別的方便，衹是可惜從今年2月下旬可是，原來有的早餐變沒有了。

在青田的市區地段很好，房間不算大，設施齊全，衞生細節有待加強，總體還不錯，以後來青田會再次入住，希望價格再優惠點。

第一次差評給這個酒店，酒店工作人員及其不專業，退房該開的發票因為電腦壞了開不了作為住客理解，退房以後聯繫前台工作人員電腦修好了沒有對方説自己當天不在需要隔天再開，隔天金額開錯需要對方重開，前台説自己不會，自己不是神不可能什麼都會，這話作為住客真的是沒法接，也無法理解這樣的工作能力，還説酒店電腦動不動就壞跟她沒關係，那是跟我們住客有關係嗎？酒店房間隔音也很差，讓前台安排一個安靜的房間，把房間安排在了走廊盡頭，窗外就是酒吧

房間太舊了，整個衞生堪憂，角落都是臟東西，而且馬桶上還有黃黃的一層沒搞乾淨的，衞生間通風也沒有的，建議翻新一下
地理位置很好，在老城區裏可以吃到很多好吃的
