自己沒車的話不推薦。很安靜。晚上還是很好睡的。床比較硬。 周圍打車都不方便 也沒有外賣。沒飯吃。房間還是很大的。 可能住的人不多。感覺裏面會有煙味。本人嗅覺比較敏感

一言難盡，我很少認真寫評論。
寫一些真實情況，幫助大家選擇（或不選擇）這家酒店。保證如實闡述。
首先説優點：
1.大，什麼都大。房間面積大，餐廳大，大廳大，床也大。我也是因為面積大而選擇的這家酒店。
2.景觀好，房間有小陽台，方位對的話，湖景很漂亮。
然後説缺點：
1.偏，這個我通過其他網友電瓶也發現了，發現十五分鐘到青田縣中心也沒當回事，但是這個周邊是真的偏。**都不管的地方，0 外賣，自行腦補
2.亂，洗衣房是在棋牌室裏麪的，我進出兩次，穿過大爺大媽吞雲吐霧的麻將桌去洗衣服和收衣服。然後退房的時候看到帶着狗入住的，狗就直接坐床上吃，整個一離譜到天上（2.18 日入住 1302 房間，那個 t 字路口出來的房間，狗放床上）。然後設施都是不太好用的一次性用品，估計都是人手不夠還是幹啥的。
3.吵，這也是很離譜，這麼偏沒有旅遊團。地下車庫也沒什麼車，但是感覺住了無數多的人，大爺大媽們早上七點左右就在走廊裏嘮嗑了，對差旅客非常不友好。
吐槽：
這個吹風機真的離了大譜，不如濕着頭髮站在陽台讓風吹。
囧，我本來所有酒店都是全 5 分的，但是這次入住真的是相對比較糟糕的一次體驗😮💨
當然實事求是的説，如果不是很在意這些的。純粹對面積有要求，那麼房間是真的大。

這是一家規模較大的酒店，整個一幢大樓很氣魄，房間乾淨整潔，帶陽台，陽台望外青山綠水景色很美，車位充足，周邊有火車經過，但晚上七點左右至第二天早上八點之間沒聽到火車經過聲音，是很不錯的一家酒店。

酒店位置較偏，附近吃飯不便。設施較新，齊全，房間面積很大，空調效果好，停車位非常寬鬆，預訂的房間不含早餐，很可惜。

該酒店價格實惠，性價比高，有幾個突出特點：
1、酒店新，是今年才營業的。
2、價格便宜，性價比高。
3、房間大而乾淨寬敞明亮，光線好，觀景視野開闊。
4、停車方便，一層有停車位，車少可以停一層，車多停地下車庫。
5、餐飲價格實惠，早餐10元一份，晚自助餐20元一份（但是餐廳有客人帶狗進入，並站在座位上吃）。
6、位置離縣城有好幾公里，晚上比較安靜，酒店在甌江旁，釣魚好，行人少，安逸。
總而言之，酒店價格便宜，卻是準四星級享受。
