原book帳篷房間， 但突然通知拆除了改為住茅草房屋，但需要攜著行李走一段樓梯路程，年紀大都頗辛苦，房間大，舒適並清潔乾淨，房間裝修較新，但浴室沒有花灑頭，只有雨淋，熱水非常充足，但去水不好，當洗完澡後整個廁所都成為沼澤，並有水流出浴室外，需要即時用毛巾封住浴室門口。 房間無wi-fi，亦沒有杯，飲水很不方便。可能是新建設，但需要改善這些嚴重問題。

Dies ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, malerisch gelegen an einem Nebenarm des Gelben Flusses (Huang He). Es gibt große Zelte oder Holzhütten. Die Holzhütten sind sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, die Zelte etwas luxuriöser. In den Holzhütten steht das Wasser nach dem Duschen im Bad; das fand ich sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten war alles super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann von dort wunderschöne Wanderungen nach Laoniuwan machen, immer am Gelben Fluss entlang. Sehr empfehlenswert!

包頭自駕定在大河禹宿，經理是小夥子，人帥熱情。宿區在一大片山坡讓，一個個宛如別墅區，有的是帳篷，窯洞，我們住的是茅草屋，都有自己的燒烤區，適合團建，小家庭遊玩。這裏不像民宿，像一個綜合體，晚上組織各種活動，關鍵價格還不貴。我們是中午到的，這裡有棧道直接到達核心景區老牛灣，輕體能。在老牛灣遊玩一圈然後坐船，下船後坐擺渡車去太極彎，輕體能。晚上回來參加宿區活動，擼擼串，看看煙火，挺好的。可以我們去那天下雨衹能擼串喝啤酒了。下面奉上宿區自帶自然景觀，一級棒！！！
