The room was tastefully decorated, but the hygiene was not good, probably because it was not cleaned. The air conditioner was broken, and we finally changed rooms, but it was out of power at 4am. The backup headlights were on all night, and it was too hot to sleep without air conditioning. We checked out of the room for the remaining two days at dawn. The front desk was very nice and kept apologizing. The power outage was caused by a regional power outage due to continuous rain.

這次的入住體驗真的太棒了，必須要給禪驛漢陽院子一個大大的好評！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，熱情周到的服務就撲面而來。前台工作人員辦理入住手續高效又專業，還貼心地為我們介紹周邊好玩的景點以及酒店的特色設施；酒店在古鎮街道上，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床鋪柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。房間贈送了當地特產花生和李子（李子超級好吃，順便還買了些回家）。去體驗了花生採摘，小朋友非常喜歡，入住期間管家小李熱情耐心，有需求及時響應。體驗太好了，總體而言，絕對值得再推薦；

近期住過的很棒的度假親子酒店了，園林酒店太適合遛娃了寶寶在酒店除了感受植被與花朵就是在夏天裡睡覺還有寶寶的禪服！太可愛了而且泳池有户外的！太棒了寶寶玩的很開心工作人員很貼心幫我們搬行李！很棒的入住體驗！雖然是新酒店，房間沒有味道哦！住的很放心！

房間特別好，套房有三個房間，在不同的樓層，一樓有客廳，特別大，客廳裏有餐桌，有機麻，有泡澡的池子，大人和小孩子都玩的特別好，套房三個房間可以住很多人，客廳沙發也可以利用起來，總之一家人來挺好的……非常休閑。周邊的配套旅遊持續開發中，由於天氣太熱，就沒怎麼出去玩了，基本都在酒店裡麪

環境很好，乾淨衞生也很清凈，我們一行4人，住了一個標間，看我帶着孩子還貼心的送來了小童拖鞋和洗漱用品，下午還送了水果和當地花生，很細心周到給酒店服務人員點贊，另外我們本就是臨時過來衹住一晚，第二天早上還是安排了孩子們篆香活動，講解耐心細緻，這次的體驗感很不錯，以後還會再去的（唯一不足的是馬桶不怎麼好用的感覺，希望改進）
