賓館在一個新區，開業應該沒有幾年，整個片區人氣不怎麼旺，吃飯需要到一兩公裡外的縣城，但是好在清靜，有室內停車場和路邊停車位，都是免費的。我們住的時候運氣不好，晚上兩三點還有人在樓下大聲喧嘩。

周圍安靜，吃的也方便，走幾分鐘就到，環境還不錯，衞生乾淨，房間沒有異味，休息的很好，早上醒來打開窗簾看到外面的綠色植物，讓人感到精神氣爽。

酒店比較新，工作人員熱心幫忙，回答疑問。
但酒店有些硬傷：
不開排氣扇的話別的房間煙味會傳進來。
房間隔音不好，隔壁房間看電視聽會影響休息。
噴淋頭水温很難控制，忽冷忽熱很難洗舒服澡。
