不知道為什麼給我們負一層的房間，被褥床單，潮潤不堪，我衹好用上自己的隔臟被套。室內裝飾設施老派破舊，櫃門要麼拉不動，要麼關不嚴，窗簾軌道不順滑，開一下窗簾，連窗簾軌道都一起掉下來了，差點砸着我的家人。店家非但不道歉，居然還要我們找人花錢修理！豈有此理！我們告知如此的話我們將提起投訴，店家立刻掛斷了電話。我們花錢就購買你這樣的服務嗎！
其實酒店位置非常好，換一個管理方式，改一下服務理念，將是一個很不錯的酒店。

晴隱是山城，所以酒店是依山伴水而建在一個水庫邊，總體外在條件還好環境優雅，有寬大的停車場。
我們是外省團隊過來的，訂房之前就電話諮詢過酒店是沒有電梯的，因為有一半隊友是60-70多歲不方便提着行李廂上下台階所以不太想定房，酒店答應幫安排在一樓不用上下台階，所以我們提前半個月定房了16間房，入住酒店的頭天又電話聯絡確定過，事實是到酒店後被安排在負一樓和二樓（都要提着行李廂上下台階），説一樓安排別的客人入住滿了房。這樣太不守信用了。
酒店的負一樓其實也就是正常的地面一樓，窗外就是湖，但是因為酒店依山坡而建，酒店大堂所在的一樓相當於二樓了，給人的錯覺負一樓是地下室其實不是。領隊和隊友們解釋了好久終於安頓住下。房間設施中規中矩。
入住酒店吃飯不方便:定房之前也問過吃飯問題，告知我們酒店這裡有餐廳不需去縣城即可就餐，事實上是在隊友們不滿意的入住好酒店之後，去到餐廳卻是什麼菜都沒有了不再接待客人，客人們爬了台階（相當於上了3---5樓吧）上到餐廳沒有晚飯吃，然後要繼續沿着山坡路走去縣城街上才有吃的（走大約15-20分鐘）。
酒店早餐就在一樓，有粉有包點牛奶，還過得去。
後來第二天早上即退房離開時，酒店服務員也去到房間幫客人們拿行李廂到前台，算是彌補沒安排在一樓要上下台階吧。
總體入住體驗不佳，感覺酒店沒誠信。

我是網上定的，給了個一樓房間。一樓房間窗被擋土牆遮擋，衹能拉上窗簾，感覺很壓抑，服務一般，酒店周邊環境還不錯。

酒店位置臨近一個小湖很安凈，房價低，距離二十四道拐景區不遠，早餐還算物和價合理，酒店餐廳菌菇火鍋不錯，前台接待和保安小夥很熱情，幫助我們解決問題，唯一不足是酒店房間一個有空調暖風一個沒有恰逢降温睡覺冷加了一床被子，有待改進！總體來説性價比還算好。
