衞生：乾淨無死角，才開沒有多久。

入住體驗極差、前台跟****一樣拽得很、一點服務意識沒有、另外要避坑的一點一樓大廳冰箱裏麪的水遠遠高於市場價、一瓶芬達敢賣你6元錢、沒聽錯、它敢賣你6元錢、大家避坑！避坑！避坑！

房間還是可以，床還是比較舒服，但浴室的門密封性不好，洗個澡流到外面的廁所滿地都是，廁所下水道沒法排水，搞得廁所變成了小水池，拖鞋都浸濕了，這個需要加強。

就這設施是我近一月旅行來住過的賓館、酒店裡較平常的，沒智能化，沒電動馬桶，有些設施已有些陳舊了。但比較房價，而且也沒早餐，就感覺性價比有些低了。

服務態度超級差，價格比蓮湖酒店貴，老闆又非常裝高貴。寧願選擇住蓮湖酒店，又是地方政府酒店，安全可靠，服務態度超級超級好。出差優選。

凌晨三點多了房間外邊還有人喝酒、聊天，大聲説話，一直到早上5點鐘才安靜！
無法入睡！
附近不安靜。
房價300多，但環境太差。
