室內温泉的地面衞生差了點 休閑區比較小 室外有個大草坪 看着還挺好的 山上有些小動物可以看看 早餐水平太低了 像農家院的早餐

和好朋友一起去的，到之後他們哪裡環境很好，工作人員服務也很熱情，我們的物品太多了，前台小姐姐主動幫我們送到房間，房間有些涼，走之前還幫我們把空調調好了。囑咐我們去温泉的時候，帶上外套，晚上冷。

之前看評論都説房間打掃的不乾淨，還很擔心來着。來了之後發現房間打掃的很乾凈，沒有死角。能夠感覺到酒店進行了整改，對員工也加強了培訓。總的來説，這次來到這裏，體驗很棒。他們還開設了高爾夫體驗。

空氣真的很清新，環境很好，抬頭就可以看見長城。 服務也很熱情周到。園區最近還開設了高爾夫體驗區，體驗了一把高端運動。衞生很好，氛圍很喜歡，拍照非常出片，是拍照打卡的好去處，值得推薦。

他們酒店服務態度很好，我老公腳劃傷了，他們人員很快就過來了，態度很真誠，要送我們去醫院，知道我們結婚紀念日，還送了我們一瓶紅酒。雖然他們酒店還存在不足，但是他們服務還可以。值得推薦

環境還可以晚上到的小院可以燒烤，燒烤老闆送貨上門服務還不差味道也可以，第二天早起吃早餐的梨餐廳太氣人了環境臟亂差服務態度惡劣更好笑的雞蛋限量每人一個！出來玩2100多一晚買的就是服務和品質，去完梨餐廳感覺自己像沒花錢要飯的，58一位的早餐買到一個雞蛋一點清粥和小菜無語😓

工作人員服務態度很好，客氣也有禮貌。房間打掃的很乾凈，他們的床品很好，睡的很好。園區景色很好，遠處就是長城。他們的温泉是天然地下温泉，體驗感很好，值得推薦。
