本來凌晨，進門就想休息，掀開被子，發現床單臟的，仔細看還有頭髮！給前台打電話要求換房，20多分種過去，沒有回覆，再打電話，前台讓等會，你的等會是多久，前台來句不會讓你等天亮，得老闆同意！下樓找前台，發現老闆就在跟前，一副欠他什麼的表情，我解釋，人家還來句，我給你換房行吧？換房是你基本的，還兇我行不？我最後提醒下，看看的房子，好多噴淋都是壞的，估計作為老闆都不知道！我住了好多次了，都是能將就就將就！提高你們的服務吧，生意才能長久，前台姑娘第一次就給我開錯房卡，刷進去，被住的人罵了美！
