下單訂的特價房，到前台後告知沒有了，然後前台工作人員熱情的給升級房間，還送了早餐劵！房間比較大，乾淨衞生，床也大，整體感覺很不錯，性價比超高！再次強調一下，前台工作人員工作認真、負責、熱情！

朋友結婚到清河參加婚禮 在酒店住了兩晚 由於是自己住所以到房間把所有抽屜櫃子都打開看了一下 電視櫃下放被子的抽屜裏看見了上一位客人留下的外賣包裝和一些葯盒 晚上八點打電話給前台反映 前台回覆説馬上叫保潔去打掃 結果保潔一直未到 第二天早上出發去參加婚禮下樓到前台特意又説了一下這件事 到下午回到房間那些垃圾還是沒有收走 早餐菜品不多但幾乎都是冷掉了的
