The location is perfect, you can easily walk around the old town and to the train station. The room is small, but the design is good and they provide many amenities. The bathroom light didn't work, but after asking they quickly sent someone up to change the bulb.

Location: The location of the hotel is really nice. There is an ocean right in front of you, so you can take a walk in the morning and evening. At night, the light shines on the surrounding buildings, so the night view is beautiful. The nearby tourist attraction is not far away, so you can take a taxi in about 10 minutes. 2. Room Condition: The room is clean as it is a new hotel. I used it well because there was an air purifier. The amenities are sufficiently set up. It is convenient to control the curtains and lights. 3. Breakfast: It was nice to have a meal while looking at the sea at the restaurant, and I could eat Chinese and western styles. The instant noodles and huntun were delicious. It was convenient to make coffee and bring it to me right away. 4. Swimming Pool: I liked the swimming pool the most in this hotel. It was comfortable because I could swim while looking at the sea and there were not many people. The people who work in the swimming pool are really nice. I asked them to take a picture because I was alone, and they were willing to take it, so I appreciate it. If I come to Qingdao again, it is a hotel I want to come back to.👍👍👍

This hotel has a great location almost next to Qingdao station and easy walking distance to the pier and other sites. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was tired but comfortable. Breakfast was fairly typical Chinese style but good enough to set you up for the day. Went in the May Day holiday so was quite pricey. Probably much more reasonable outside of peak times. Would definitely consider staying again.

I traveled with my friends and was very satisfied with the Atour I chose. First, the sea is right across the road when you go out, which is beautiful and convenient; secondly, the room is spacious, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and everyone sleeps very well; thirdly, the breakfast buffet is rich in variety and tastes good (the mackerel dumplings are particularly fresh, (I ate two bowls), and the service time is very long, until 10:30, which is the longest time in the hotel I have stayed in. I walk there every morning to feed the seagulls! The lady at the front desk was very nice. She upgraded our room for free because we had children. She also gave us a toiletry gift bag and a small conch for the children. There are fruits, milk, specialties and handwritten letters every day. It is full of details and the breakfast is also very rich. Next I’ll stay here again during my second visit!

I came here in the off-season and came across it by chance. It is a very nice hotel, like a castle, with its own small courtyard next to the Zisha Museum and the former site of the Governor's Palace. I had tea in the Zisha Museum. A very artistic place. The inside of the hotel is also good, very impressive. It's still a little distance from the entrance to the hotel. Get up early and go climb Signal Hill Park to overlook Qingdao, which is very close.

Old shabby hotel catering to visiting local tourists, mainly. If you're a foreigner, the drivers of the cabs waiting outside the Hotel will rip you off 20-30 yuan unless you pay attention to the meter and immediately yell at them in case of overcharge. (Almost) noone at the check-in desk speaks English unless you chance on a manager. There're two teenage consierge boys at the main entrance, who boss the incoming patrons around and tell them how to live. The restaurant prices are on a par with those at Shangri-La hotel, but with far fewer choices and lower in cooking quality. The only BIG advantage if you're a swimmer like myself: a former German ”Kaiser” swimming beach is right accross the road. It's now callled ”Bathing Beach 1.” Awesome for doing non-stop laps for an hour. And even then: you can easily get to the beach by metro from any other Qingdao hotel. Just get off at Huiquan Square (Line 3) and come out through Exit C.

I booked it for a friend. It is said that the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Because I made a reservation in advance, the front desk guy specially arranged a sea view room with floor-to-ceiling windows. My friend said that I can clearly see the beach and the boat. Haha, you can take a taxi and go directly downstairs. It’s very convenient to travel. I had a great time staying there. The price/performance ratio is very good. I recommend it.
