Hotels near Lvmeisun Former Residence in Qingdao

A family traveled to Qingdao. This hotel has convenient transportation, is close to the subway entrance, has a good location, is close to the beach, and the breakfast and Shandong cuisine downstairs are good. We booked three rooms. It was very quiet and comfortable. I saw that there were sand digging toys and children's toothbrushes prepared for the children. The facilities are good and the service is in place. It is worth recommending

The breakfast was nice. The atmosphere was old-fashioned. The check-in was a bit stressful. The air conditioner and the toilet in our room did not work properly. The view from the ocean view window was nice.

Old shabby hotel catering to visiting local tourists, mainly. If you're a foreigner, the drivers of the cabs waiting outside the Hotel will rip you off 20-30 yuan unless you pay attention to the meter and immediately yell at them in case of overcharge. (Almost) noone at the check-in desk speaks English unless you chance on a manager. There're two teenage consierge boys at the main entrance, who boss the incoming patrons around and tell them how to live. The restaurant prices are on a par with those at Shangri-La hotel, but with far fewer choices and lower in cooking quality. The only BIG advantage if you're a swimmer like myself: a former German ”Kaiser” swimming beach is right accross the road. It's now callled ”Bathing Beach 1.” Awesome for doing non-stop laps for an hour. And even then: you can easily get to the beach by metro from any other Qingdao hotel. Just get off at Huiquan Square (Line 3) and come out through Exit C.

The room is very quiet. After all, on the campus, the sound insulation is so little not very good, and the sound of snoring next door can be heard. The front desk staff was very polite and the service was very good. It is also close to the trestle bridge attractions. The room is perfect for sleeping. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the floor drain is a bit serious. But just close the door. Overall, it's quite good.

It was our first time in Qingdao, and we really enjoyed our stay at 青岛海天大酒店 :) We initially booked a sea view room with twin beds for our trip. Upon reaching the hotel, we asked Crystal Zhao, our hotel concierge on whether a room with a king bed was available. She then readily helped us to arrange for a better room with a king bed. It might have been a coincidence, but the room number that Crystal assigned us also matched my birthday and that made it more special! Throughout the stay, crystal also checked in on us via WeChat daily, and arranged for gifts and fruits to be sent to our room. Service was top notch, the room was clean, and we had an amazing view. Thank you!

The location is very convenient, the bus station and subway station are downstairs. Very close to the trestle bridge and Daxue Road. The room was clean and tidy, and the service staff were very polite and welcoming. The little red beauty at the front desk was very thoughtful. The rooftop view on the 12th floor is quite good, overlooking the church and the old town, and the sea view in the distance. Recommended.

Amazingly a nice place. Old fashion design but so modern inside. So warm hearted front desk lady, and sweet, and lovely, and you name whatever. This place is right on the walking street, and you can listen to the classic music casting somewhere from the street. This is also so close to many dining spots, and they are typical local and tasty. This place is not with a luxury facade but really worth for it's inside value. All the controls are fashion: lights, fans, curtains, etc. It brings you a feeling that you are back in the old school Tsingtao living in a German style building but meanwhile sleeping in the cozy modern life realistically. I'd like to come here the next time, especially in a summer time.
