Hotels in May Fourth Square/Olympic Sailing Center, Qingdao

Came to visit during low season, hotel price is reasonable. The hotel is nice, great view, all staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially my room manager ike 小張, who provided excellent services and made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast has a wide range of selection. Hotel is right next to one of the beaches, and is about 10-20mins drive from most famous sightseeing areas and qingdao railway station. Hotel also offered a complementary ticket for the sky observation at the next door building, it is quite interesting and worth a go.

The apartment is awesome, very big, adorable view, clean and …. bathtub🛁with ocean view. Also there is a kitchen with the stove, fridge and washing machine which can be very useful, especially when you travel with your family. But we didn’t use them because for breakfast we went to the hotel’s restaurant and ate delicious buffet. The hosting staff can speak English and very helpful. And no doubt-the location is the greatest advantage of this apartment. 4-5 minutes and the sea 🌊 Wow😍

All good except the staff is unwilling to assist in booking taxi, as the app requires Wechat pay, but we don't have. We ask the staff to help in booking, the staff insisted that they cannot have monetary involvement with guest. While I recognize the importance of following the rules, however it must see what kind of thing to follow. I don't think assist guest in taxi booking is a big big problem.

Location was great (2-3 min walk from metro) and very near to tourist attractions (good for night walks, about 20 min walk to may 4th square with many roadside food stalls and restaurants available / 1 metro stop to may 4th square). Service was great and meticulous. Towels were all in disinfected packaging. Only downside was that they only had 2 lifts and we had to wait really long just to go back / come down from our room as the lift will stop at most levels on the way.

easy to reach by subway from airport at taidong station. fast frdly front desk. allowed early checkin when i arrived at 10am. near taidong pedestrian street, many old school restaurant..especially liked shou la shou. for coffee lovers, there is starbucks,mccafe n luckin within 5 mins walk.

We booked the family suite which has a little door to separate the space - which is great for privacy or extra sound proofing. The staff service is great. The location is a little out of the way from main attractions but the area has plenty of amenities such as convenience stores and even a massage place next door. There’s free tea and coffee at the lobby. The free porridge runs out pretty quickly so go early. Will book here again if I’m in the area.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel is really good. It opened in August last year. The environment is very good. It is better to stay in a new hotel than an old one. I like Atour's bedding, so the room is very comfortable. The girls at the front desk of the hotel are very warm and thoughtful.

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex. It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need. Very good value for money,

Facilities: There is a refrigerator in the room, and the fruit that can't be eaten in Hema can be put in to keep fresh. The room is very spacious and the robot delivery is very convenient. Service: Check in in the off-season, the front desk is very enthusiastic to upgrade the room, live in Building B. There is a small sofa in the room, you can eat with friends while watching variety shows. The aunt who cleaned the room was also very responsible and cleaned up. Hygienic: very clean, no shortcomings were found. Environment: Close to the subway station, a few minutes walk to the subway stations of Line 1 and Line 2. The room is not facing the street, very quiet Breakfast: You need to go to Building A for breakfast. There are fewer types. The noodles are a small roll, and there are knife noodles, dragon mustard noodles, small wontons, and stir-fried vegetables, egg fried rice, bread and the like. Insufficient: the TV remote control in the room should be changed for batteries, and we have to turn the batteries before using it.

Hotel located well with huge shopping mall nearby. Rooms are clean and eqiped well even with kitchenware. Perfect view
