Only stayed one night. Unfortunately I had to endure a cold shower. There was no hot water in my room. The hot food breakfast options, including the coffee in the buffet breakfast were all lukewarm. No refund provided as the manager wasn’t there on check out. Disappointing stay.

Due to Ramadan Month, ı have requested breakfast to bring my room before night and hotel staff arrange very good breakfast for me. This should continue for every year in Ramadan month for Muslim guests. Thanks to hotel staff again.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the main Beer Festival venue. It's also a short stroll to the beach, which is rocky and has lifeguards on duty, though deep-water swimming isn't permitted. The hotel is well-equipped with amenities. Our room had a bathtub – perfect for a soak – and a separate toilet and shower with excellent water pressure, ensuring a comfortable wash. Guests can enjoy some free movies. There's also a laundry room with washers and dryers, and a fitness center. A delightful touch was the complimentary alcoholic popsicles on the first floor. Even better, the first-floor bar offered unlimited Tsingtao beer; we were lucky enough to try their Cherry Wheat and IPA, which were absolutely delicious. Upon check-in, we were given several discount vouchers. One was for the 1903 Beer Workshop, which resembles a beer museum. There, you can observe the brewing process underground, purchase souvenirs, and enjoy two complimentary beers. We also received a 21% discount on dining. My daughter, a pizza lover, ordered a durian pizza. It was a huge 13-inch pie, generously topped, and too much for three of us to finish! Highly recommended! The spa offered a 50-minute full-body massage or foot reflexology for 199 RMB; the foot massage was excellent. We also indulged in a 60-minute essential oil spa for 298 RMB, which was incredibly thorough and soothing. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. We were even greeted with two complimentary beers upon check-in. Any issues that arose during our stay were promptly and efficiently resolved by the staff, leaving us very satisfied. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. One morning I indulged in a bowl of fried rice with beef brisket – quite the temptation for someone trying to watch their weight! The only downside is the absence of an indoor swimming pool. Hotels in this price range typically offer one, so its omission here was a bit disappointing.

I love to stay at this hotel, they are geared to accommodate foreigners. The staff at reception can speak English and they served me with a friendly smile. The room and bathroom was very clean and I enjoyed my stay sleeping on a comfortable matress. If you stay at this hotel and you would like to do some sightseeing, they can provide you with an ebike. Ebikes are parked in front of the hotel and they are for rent at an affordable price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the owner is extremely kind and helpful, which made me feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The location is also convenient — Golden Beach is only about 10–15 minutes away by car. There are also more than two shops nearby, so you can easily find everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is very close to Exit A2 of Jimiya Subway Station on the West Coast Express. There's an AEON shopping mall upstairs, and the fourth floor of the mall is directly connected to the hotel. It's recommended that you walk from the hotel to see how to get to the mall for the first time. The hotel shares a building with another hotel, but they don't interfere with each other. The room offers a view of Qindao Star and the sea, and the view is great. The king-size room is spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom is also spacious and has separate wet and dry areas. The water in the bathroom is strong, but you still need to be careful about splashing. Use plenty of floor towels to prevent falls. Drinking water is available at the elevator, which is very thoughtful. The mattress and pillows are quite comfortable. The hotel windows are well soundproofed. The hotel is surrounded by three shopping malls: AEON, Wuyue, and Hisense Carnival, all within walking distance. There are many restaurants, so eating out is not a problem. Getting around is very convenient using the subway or Didi. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high, and I'll choose again next time. Recommended

Qingdao Jinshatan Blue Ocean Royal Hotel enjoys a prime location, within walking distance of the Golden Beach. Rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views. The hotel offers attentive service, including thoughtful touches like fruit. The breakfast buffet boasts a rich variety and fresh seafood. The hotel also boasts comprehensive facilities, including a swimming pool and gym. The back door leads directly to the beach, making it convenient for shellfishing. The overall value is excellent, making it a great choice for families and couples. The front desk service is excellent.

It's great to travel off-peak. The hotel staff is super enthusiastic. The room is very spacious. I upgraded to a sea view room for free. Although the weather was average, I was still very happy. The breakfast was also good. The room rate was very cost-effective. Special thanks to the sales manager Huang Jiaxuan for giving travel suggestions and check-in help. I will definitely come again next time and will recommend it to friends. It is very convenient to take a taxi to travel nearby.

I like this hotel for its location, room size, cleanliness and hotel friendly services. Not forgetting to mention the breakfast which is plenty and nice. This time I booked 2 rooms to welcome my Singaporean friends who came here for visits cum holidays. They have a wonderful stay and promised will return and stay here again. My heartfelt appreciation to this hotel esp all the staff and workers.... great job, well done, thank you.

During the Spring Festival, I booked the room for the slide, which was only for children to play during the day. I didn't stay at night, so I don't know if the bed is comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling window in the room faces Tangdao Bay, and the sea view is very beautiful. Disadvantages: There is air conditioning, but it is still very cold in winter. The house is too high and the heating is not strong. The temperature is not good. It is ok when there is sunshine during the day, but the temperature drops sharply when the sun sets. The price is not expensive in the off-season, and the children are still very happy to play during the day.
