The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service. We travel with two young children and often need many extra items. She was incredibly patient and always helped us bring them up to our room. For laundry, if you prefer not to wait, you can just leave a note, and a staff member will wash and dry your clothes for you – a fantastic service! Breakfast was good, and they even offered congee in the evenings, which was a nice touch. We happened to be there during a concert, but unfortunately couldn't get last-minute tickets. The hotel was extremely crowded.

Went for a weekend trip with my partner. We wanted a place that is central to visit the mountain area (with the fishing village etc) and the beach. It’s quite far away if you plan to take transport but by taxi it’s okay. In China location is key since every city is so big. The hotel amenities however are incredible and so is the staff.

The room was very clean, clean and tidy, and the transportation was convenient. The subway station was very friendly and welcoming. The front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. I recommended the delicious food nearby. Considering the noise impact, I also upgraded the room for free. I loved it.

I finally ended my first trip to Qingdao and returned home at midnight yesterday. Today I finally have time to comment on it. I took an eight and a half hour train to Qingdao North. The journey was tiring, so I chose a hotel in Licang District on the first day to rest for a while. I got there after passing a traffic light after getting out of the subway. The price during the May Day holiday generally increased, which is understandable. The hotel also took the initiative to upgrade my room type for free, so I actually stayed in a Jin-something king-size bed room. The window faced the mall. The room was clean and tidy, with dry and wet separation. Some small details that I think are very thoughtful are that the hotel prepared a welcome gift for check-in, which is a piece of fruit. There is also a hairband for the ladies on the washbasin, and there is Laoshan Coke in the freezer. When I checked out, I also gave a gift, which is a bottle of Laoshan mineral water and biscuits. Although it doesn't seem to be worth much, it is very thoughtful and friendly for people who want to buy water and Coke to check in. In addition, my hands were dry during this period, and there happened to be a bottle of lotion on the washbasin, which I took away when I left the hotel. These few days really helped me a lot. The overall stay was very good. It is worthy of being a veteran star hotel. In the next few days, in order to facilitate travel and play, I moved to the May Fourth Square, and the price was much more expensive. The service is obviously different. If I have the opportunity to come to Qingdao North in the future, I will still choose to stay at Guangye Jinjiang

Planning a trip to Qingdao's coast, I came across this hotel on Trip.com that surprisingly had no negative reviews, so I made a point to book a stay and experience it for myself. The hotel is a franchised property under the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). I've stayed at IHG properties in other cities and have always appreciated their consistent service philosophy. **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped, with spacious rooms that offer plenty of movement. Some smart features, like electric curtains, add a modern touch. The air conditioning was very effective, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very practical. The large, comfortable mattress was excellent. The hotel offers both above-ground and underground parking, which is incredibly convenient for guests traveling by car. **Cleanliness:** The hotel maintains five-star hygiene standards throughout. The housekeeping staff were meticulous and diligent in their work. **Location:** The hotel is situated in a business development zone, surrounded by office buildings. Wanda Plaza is just a short distance away, offering numerous dining options and making it very convenient for meals. **Service:** Overall, the hotel's service was good. However, a bit more warmth and smiles from the front desk staff would elevate the experience even further, as IHG front desks typically excel in this regard. The proactive and enthusiastic welcome from the lobby greeters and bell staff, in particular, was commendable. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredibly rich, and the Western dishes tasted great. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We came to a meeting nearby, and the company arranged this hotel. The room layout is very suitable for people like us on business trips. I mainly praise the hotel's breakfast, which is really rich. The Chinese and Western breakfast really makes me very satisfied. Different from the technology and hard work of other hotels, you can taste the handmade fragrance. The hotel's breakfast service staff is also very thoughtful and friendly. They will replenish food in time according to the needs of the guests. In short, the breakfast of this hotel is not only rich in variety and taste, but also thoughtful service, which makes people feel warm. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, choosing this hotel can give people a good start in the morning! Manual thumbs up! 👍

Overall, the place was clean and comfortable. Elaine's follow-up was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The room's bedding was very comfortable, and it was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Currently, this property offers excellent value for money, and there are many dining options at the nearby Wanda Plaza. There are two washing machines available, but they require laundry tokens that you need to obtain from the front desk. I didn't get a chance to use them, so I can't comment on their functionality. The curtain on the right side doesn't provide adequate blackout, allowing some light to seep through (please refer to photo three). I hope this issue can be resolved.

Environment: The surroundings were quite peaceful, with no noticeable noise sources, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel's interior design was very distinctive, and it also offered mountain views nearby. Service: Xiao Dan at the front desk provided exceptional service, being both warm and professional. The check-in and check-out processes were very efficient, without keeping me waiting for long.
