Minnie at the front desk provided outstandingly attentive service. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. With excellent transportation links nearby, it offers fantastic value for money.

The service here is superb, and the surroundings are even more stunning! Especially during this sweltering summer, I must commend myself for making such a wise choice – it's truly the most stress-free destination for families with kids, haha! You can happily just 'nest' in the hotel without ever feeling the need to step out. The pool and gym on the basement level (B1) are enough to keep the little ones entertained for half a day. The backyard is even more impressive; grab a bag of pigeon feed and you can enjoy a completely stress-free hour-long stroll after dinner. It perfectly combines escaping the heat with keeping the kids happy! If you're driving, this place is an absolute no-brainer – just book it! And a special mention for the buffet breakfast: the scallion oil noodles are an absolute must-try. The warm and attentive service struck just the right balance, creating a truly comfortable and pressure-free atmosphere. In the evening, a 15-minute drive took us to Binhai Road beach for some beachcombing, where we were lucky enough to spot a full moon. We left feeling utterly content, haha.

The room is big, the mattress is very comfortable, I had a good night's sleep, the breakfast is rich, and there is a fruit plate in the evening. The front desk staff has good service. It was a very pleasant holiday. I will stay in this hotel next time.

The hotel is conveniently located in Central Chengyang City. Traffic access is good and not heavy. There are many good Korean, HK and Chinese restaurants around the hotel. Checking in is a wonderful experience with efficient and friendly staff. The daily buffet breakfast is excellent with a good spread of Chinese and Intercontinental spread. One commendable service is the nightly porridge and tea which is great for a light supper before resting. The ground floor is also a great place to meet with colleagues. Luckin coffee served round the clock is also another excellent service.

Finding such a great and affordable room during peak tourist season felt like a real steal! It offers excellent value for money, and the service was absolutely top-notch. In the evenings, you can even scan a QR code for complimentary porridge delivery and daily essentials. The hygiene was also impressive, and the hotel's location is very easy to find. What's more, one of my friends had a birthday during our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a birthday gift – they really know how to make guests feel special and valued! We even received a small complimentary souvenir upon check-out. I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel lobby has several large hollow table lamps with unique design, a landscape elevator, and separate wet and dry areas in the rooms. I especially want to praise the hotel's thoughtful and meticulous service attitude. Front Office Manager Zhang Aixi and her colleagues learned that my mother's stay in the hotel coincided with her birthday, so they specially prepared a small surprise, which added more warmth and joy to this special day. Haiyue Yuhua Hotel is worth recommending!
