Furunli Shiyu Hotel, Zhanqiao Zhongshan Road,

I’m not sure you would like the review that we wrote. For two out of the three nights we stayed with you, the air conditioning didn’t work. For two nights, we slept badly. One evening, we had to wait for almost an hour, and many visits from your handyman, before we could shower and go to sleep. The hours for breakfast are very short, and even when we got there, the staff complained in Chinese and started to put the dishes away, even at 9:55, which was quite rude. The selection for breakfast was also quite poor, and every day the Chinese food was not heated, so it was cold by the time we arrived in the canteen by 9:45, 9:35, and 9:55 each day, which was not what we would expect from even an average hotel. Items were also not replenished quickly. Other things that disappointed were the absence of body lotion and bath robes. Additionally, you told us we were upgraded, but the room was still basic, and we were frequently disturbed by guests and cleaning aunties shouting in the corridor. Yours is not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but it was extremely disappointing.

The location is great where attraction are nearby each other. But the staff that is handling our check in was abit unprofessional where she keep insisting we did not have a reservation with them and the attitude was not pleasant. Glad there is another staff came to help the situation. The room was fine but there is a bad smell coming out from the toilet. Overall, it is fine for the money we paid for it.
