酒店環境很好，很衞生，房間寬敞明亮，住着很舒適，有家的感覺，酒店老闆人超級無敵好，服務也很好。附近公園拍照特別好看！推薦!!!

酒店各項設施非常齊全，離着海邊也特別的近，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，空調和熱水供應良好最重要的是裏面的毛巾浴巾都還是一次性的，這一點非常好，以後再來青島還在這住。

房間挺不錯的，基本設施都有，雖然説離着地鐵站有這1.5公里左右，但是包刷微信步數，想刷微信步數的可以來試試，保你微信步數前幾，但是不得不説，衞生方面的話衹要你出去玩的話，回來的時候被子給你疊的嘎嘎板正，垃圾也會給你倒掉，像什麼浴巾、牙刷牙膏什麼的也會給你準備，還有就是洗澡完第二天地上的水沒有乾的話也會幫你打掃乾淨，總之就是你回酒店時候乾乾淨淨的，老闆服務也特別好，也會幫着幫忙打掃衞生，總之挺不錯的，要是下回再來青島的話還會訂這家酒店的，然後酷酷刷微信步數

老闆可以説很佛繫了😂都沒見到人，在這個位置性價比還可以啦，樓下吃的喝的都不少，這個季節是熱鬧時候的，能把衞生打掃好就行了。

嚴格來説不是酒店，是公寓。小區裏面很多住宅樓，這裏好幾家住宿酒店，都是租一些房子，裝修一下運營的。管理和正規的酒店完全不是一回事。説民宿更合適。
優點
離展館非常近，出小區就是。來看展會非常方便。小區裏面有一些餐館，吃飯也方便。
老闆很熱情，服務態度好。
熱水很夠熱
缺點
床單被套看着很乾凈，但是睡上去很癢，住了很多年酒店，很少發生這種情況，很有可能是床單被套沒有換。我住酒店次數太多，都住麻木了，忍忍就算了。
房間隔音不好，晚上隔壁煲電話，送外賣啥的，聲音不斷。好在累的不行，也睡著了。
不能開窗。有風吹，大門就晃，感覺都會自動開。
做衞生的就換一下毛巾，床根本不整理。衞生間也沒做衞生。該給的水和紙還都能補齊。
公共樓道 公共電梯都不是很乾凈。
小區裏面信號非常不好。房間有WIFI，還行。
