剛進入房間就能明顯感覺到非常乾淨一家民宿～超級舒適了！不同於連鎖酒店的氛圍，讓人出門在外也超有安全感，其中很喜歡這間有特點的小屋子，離五四廣場 地鐵站都超方便，如果再去青島是會回購的一家～強烈推薦！！！

很驚喜 這個價格能訂到五四廣場的民宿 太驚喜了 ，是我住過的最乾淨的民宿，一看房東就是有寶寶的，有很多寶寶用品 小童餐椅、玩具、小木屋有護欄，可以把寶寶放在裏面不怕她爬出來了，太貼心了，房東人特好 發了很多吃的玩的攻略 下次來青島肯定還要定這個

體驗感很不錯，所見即所得，小朋友看到房間的時候開心的不得了。交通很便利，出門過個馬路就是五四廣場，看夜景太方便了。推薦！

🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東人很好 有問題及時回覆～ 因為住了兩天還幫我們錄了樓下的門禁
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]有適合小朋友睡覺的床 有圍欄 ～ 還有小童餐椅
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]離五四廣場非常近 ～ 走路幾分鐘就到 樓下還有一個餐館 宴小館 旁邊有麪包店和7-11

為什麼會給這麼個評價呢，是因為真的很生氣，本來就是開開心心出來旅行，看到民宿風格還挺好，説住後給好評的，沒想到碰到這麼一茬，扣了部分按金就算了，還影響了我們後續行程的心情，對青島這個城市印象也大打折扣……首先窗户限位器不是我們弄壞的，雖然店家拍了窗户關閉狀態的視頻，但是也不能排除上一任客户弄壞強制關上，還有視頻是哪一天拍的也無從考究……因為肯定窗户的問題非我們弄壞，誰會一進民宿去拍所有空間細節末支！所以衹能自認倒黴，但淘寶搜了一下限位器十幾幾十不等，老闆説她找的要150，由於人生地不熟，自然覺得坑，她讓我們找平台協商……協商後平台説因為我們按金是直接轉賬給她的（這是平台的bug）沒有保障，讓我們好好協商………在我們離店後提出窗户壞掉，要求我們出維修費也就算了，還收取我們額外100加急費用，這個青島衹有這個維修店麼，衹有他一個人維修麼？這個價格也不排除罵我們的嫌疑）要求我們態度誠懇（在平台那邊轉過來的意思是要我們道歉）如果是我們弄壞的，我一定道歉，並一早就會主動聯繫房東，但是窗户確實不是我們弄壞的，所以我們沒有道歉，按金在她手裡，還不是她想怎麼操作就怎麼操作訂房平台上是沒有顯示一房一清，她們後台才有顯示這個，我們是付了2天的房費，為啥衹能享受一天的清潔費和一次性用品費，如果你每天都有過來清理衞生，我們也會反映窗户問題，因為我們是過來旅遊的，在房間待的時間也不多，而且老闆説她帶寶寶，想着多一事不如少一事，13號我們凌晨到的，隨行者當中還有個孕婦，就算窗户關不上晚上冷也沒去打擾了，去過那麼多地方，住過那麼多酒店民宿，偏偏碰上個講不清還被要求消費者道歉的事情，強按牛頭喝水，我還會繼續向各種平台反映的

好棒的入住體驗～ 超級適合帶孩子住的，尤其是室內的小房子設計 孩子特別喜歡，民宿就在五四廣場這裏，走幾步就是奧帆中心，晚上吹吹風 看一下燈光秀～ 附近購物也很方便，想買買買也很棒噠

一開始就被網絡圖給吸引了，特別的温馨，結果去了，孩子們就贊歎，太漂亮了，還要搬走😂…而且一入住，就被房東小姐姐的細節所打動，空調已打開，準備迎接我們的入住，房子裏面還有寶寶椅，真的是能為我們這樣帶寶寶的考慮得很周全，房子離五四廣場很近，地鐵站也在附近，交通很便利，大家不用考慮了，直接就是來吧！

離五四廣場很近，走路幾分鐘，非常喜歡房東的裝修風格，全屋智能家居，兩個孩子也很喜歡小童區，小卧室比較小，衹適合孩子睡，大人有點伸不開腿，還有主卧的窗簾建議房東換成遮光窗簾，我五點就被陽光照醒了😅😅😅
