I stayed here on a business trip. It is in the software park. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is warm and helpful!

We arrived at the hotel at 3pm after almost 4pm, checked in at the hotel front desk, kept waiting, and no response. After 5 minutes said no room came out, let us wait. To be honest, the weather was extremely hot, and the front desk left me standing dry. After talking for a while, we came out, and the result kept us cool next to each other. Maybe it did take a little long reacted and said let us sit next to each other, I asked how long I needed to wait, the other said half an hour. I was really a little speechless, my order actually allowed for early check-in, but I didn’t think it was necessary. I couldn't arrive so early, so I was told there was no room in the afternoon. I understand, but the hotel's service really does every bit of the hotel-style service that the hotel should do. Now high-end communities are using hotel services to attract residents. As a result, the real hotel is not even as good as the property. Let us wait dry, I say any welcome fruit? My children and I haven't had lunch yet, so we just said you have a room in the room😓 I really don't have a big word. Finally checked in, the ground was wet, this hygiene is really worrying😓 A very bad hotel stay. No service! No environment! No hygiene!

If you come to travel, I don't recommend staying here. The nearest subway station costs more than 10 yuan by taxi. There is no food or drink at the hotel entrance. It is very inconvenient. There is even little takeout. We stayed for three nights. Two nights, the room card could not open the room when we returned to the hotel. It didn't work after one trip. I ran three times before the door was opened. The efficiency of the front desk was too low. Two different front desks were like this for two nights. Is it because the hotel's front desk was not well trained? The food eaten by the front desk could be smelled as soon as I entered the hotel. The hotel room was very stuffy and very uncomfortable. There were stains on the pillow on the first day's bedding. It is not cost-effective to stay here at this price. I stayed at Nanjing Jianguo Puyin, but in comparison, this one in Qingdao is far worse.
