The Location, cleanliness, and hygiene is very good. The hotel is very new and high-tech. You won’t be disappointed living here only if you can speak Chinese well, otherwise you will be disappointed at the front desk because they are like robots.
The front desk that they don’t really feel like they have service mind. This hotel should improve hospitality more.
We asked for something but we can’t understand and they still tried to speak and rap in Chinese and never showed service mind and tried to explain slowly. Also, when we ordered food outside, the traffic and the amount of food was a lot that day but the staff decided to use only robot and we had to grab that by ourselves for half an hour later. Other hotels services are much more decent than this one.

After I arrived at the store, I was told that my room was relatively small, and they took the initiative to upgrade me to a room with a sofa space, which is very suitable for a girl like me who has a lot of things. And because I arrived in the morning, they also helped me check in in advance! In addition, there was Laoshan Coke in the refrigerator for Tsingtao Beer. This was the first time I drank Laoshan Coke in my life, and it tasted amazing. The whole hotel has an orange theme. The orange gummies, orange hand sanitizer, and orange toothpaste are all great👍🏻I wanted to bring some desserts with me during my menstruation period. They also packed baked bear biscuits for me in the morning. The service was really good. This is my first time staying at Orange. , I will probably choose it frequently in the future!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway entrance. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, making your stay safe and secure. The service was warm and thoughtful. The service staff took the initiative to give Laoshan Coke as a gift when I left. I just wanted to buy some to take back to Beijing. My child was very happy. A good stay experience.
