The location is very convenient, easy to get around the city by bus and metro. The room was clean and comfortable. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful. Will stay again next time I go to Qingdao!

The location is excellent, train station being few minutes away. The lobby is spacious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is clean, modern, and comfortable, and the housekeepers were very helpful and warm. I had so much fun with the AI assistant "Xiaodu"! The breakfast spread was great, with plenty of variety. The washer and dryer in the lobby were in good working condition, which was super convenient. The surroundings felt safe, with plenty of eateries offering great choices. I also scored some amazing deals at the linen and medical shop right across the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience!

location is perfect, few minutes walk to subway station. And it’s very close to all the attractions.
Room is really comfortable and equipped with laundry room that is free to use.

The Location, cleanliness, and hygiene is very good. The hotel is very new and high-tech. You won’t be disappointed living here only if you can speak Chinese well, otherwise you will be disappointed at the front desk because they are like robots.
The front desk that they don’t really feel like they have service mind. This hotel should improve hospitality more.
We asked for something but we can’t understand and they still tried to speak and rap in Chinese and never showed service mind and tried to explain slowly. Also, when we ordered food outside, the traffic and the amount of food was a lot that day but the staff decided to use only robot and we had to grab that by ourselves for half an hour later. Other hotels services are much more decent than this one.
