酒店就在棧橋中山路上，出行非常方便，步行7分鐘可達火車站，5分鐘到棧橋。酒店環境優美，價格優惠，非常不錯的住宿體驗！

位置還不錯，離棧橋、教堂不遠，但衞生太差了，被罩床單灰不拉幾的有黃色印，換新的也一樣，服務阿姨説都這樣。洗漱用品質量奇差。服務阿姨態度還不錯。空調像拖拉機，挨着走廊也很亂。總之，除了位置一無是處。特後悔，近五百元，寧願住個偏遠點的。

比較乾淨，就是一點沒有電梯，自己提行李上樓，真累，房間很小不大，窗户也大部分在過道上。城景啥都別想了😕隔音很差。名字叫喆尚酒店，金海帆超級小根本看不到，不是看評論，我都找不到金海帆，別叫酒店，適合叫旅店。

一進屋，空間小的可憐，想上個廁所，發現馬桶蓋掉了，馬桶還安在門口，洗漱用品超級垃圾，一個大床房衹有一套牙刷，幸虧都是自己帶的，床單也是自己帶的，毛巾也是，店裡的浴巾毛巾都發黑，空調直吹床頭，用衣服擋着湊過了一夜。對過施工，一大早咣咣咣的，一夜沒睡好！體驗感極差！！也沒有停車的地方！也沒有電梯！四樓，自己提着行李上去的！！！

第一，酒店名字貨不對板，不叫金海帆，叫喆尚。
第二，平台上定的房間選的是外窗的房型，到了後老闆娘説平台上的房型都是走廊窗户的。可笑的是加錢進了所謂外窗的房間後，發現房間陳設和平台上的圖片一樣。是外窗還是內窗全靠老闆娘一張嘴。
第三，定了酒店內的跟團遊，不靠譜不靠譜不靠譜，明明三個購物點撒謊説一個，2天旅遊都在聽課賣東西，實際遊玩時間少之又少。説上車後簽旅遊合同，導遊根本不知道，一點保障都沒。跟團遊報價還比外面貴一半。聯繫老闆娘，電話也不接了。

對於旅遊高峯期來説價格也可以，肯定不能跟一些大酒店相比，環境、服務方便都挺認可，附近出行靠近地鐵，不遠處就有個大超市，出行購物都很方便

空調很吵，沒有電梯，也不叫金海帆酒店，叫喆尚酒店，反正不太好。房間不隔音，隔壁有2個人吵架，就像在旁邊吵一樣！
