Staff don’t speak English. Toilet is broken. Hotel is VERY noisy. Walls are thin as paper, couldn’t sleep because of the neighbors. There’s a club next to the hotel, which makes it even more noisy. Don’t recommend.

Great hotel with close location to Shilaoren and an array of malls, roughly a 10minuet walk to the closest metro station (line 2) which makes it convenient to get to almost any location in the Shibei area

這家酒店的服務人員非常專業、熱情、細緻周到。因為行程到店比較早，前台grace還幫我提前辦理了入住，後面酒店還準備了水果。在房間內有問題時，服務員也能及時解決。距離極地海洋世界和石長者海水浴場都很近，離地鐵口也不算遠，出行也很方便。整體而言，在這家酒店的體驗非常好！

英國🇬🇧設計師設計的酒店深得我心，還在海邊，想也沒想就預訂了，給自己一個看看大海，躺平的一天！離大海真的之後幾乎路而已！
一進酒店就感受到濃濃的英式風格，秒回倫敦！
前台小姐姐Grace服務周到，還給我免費升級了個海景房，打開房門的那一刻真的有被美到！
第二天的早飯選了一個有青島特色的海味早餐，沒失望 好吃擺盤也大氣！
真心喜歡喜歡，已經推薦給朋友們了！

很滿意的入住體驗，酒店環境很好，前台服務也好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，頭天到青島比較完了，還幫免費延時退房，度過了一個美好的清晨。

酒店位置就在極地海洋世界裏麪，離地鐵站也不遠。走出去幾百米就能到達海灘，沿着棧道就能走到海之戀公園，很方便。
酒店房間很大，設計比較新潮，但存在部分衞生死角，如果改進一下就更好了。
早餐有中，西兩種選擇，很豐富，服務也很好，點贊。
總體住宿體驗還是不錯的。
