酒店環境好，有免費停車場。前台接待服務熱情，周到，還有免費的健身房跟洗衣房，特別的方便。早餐很豐富，菜品很多。客房打掃及時高效，工作人員很敬業，設身處地為客人着想，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在這家感受到了家的温馨，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，服務細緻入微，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之處。

1.還沒入住的時候在平台用積分兑了提前4小時入住。結果打電話詢問酒店是否能提前入住被告知他們打掃不出來房間所以不能提前入住，要等到下午兩點以後才能出，為什麼不能提前入住卻要在平台上不審核一下訂單直接就接受了呢？
2.剛入住的時候能明顯感覺到房間打掃得非常急促非常粗糙，洗漱台，凳子，飄窗上面全是一大片水漬未打掃並且很明顯，就算是國慶期間再緊張的情況下至少也得擦乾淨看不出來吧？而且第二天酒店保潔更換毛巾的時候連有的毛巾都污漬沒洗乾淨。嚴重懷疑酒店老闆未在法定節假日按照規定發放三倍工資才讓這些員工都沒有動力打掃服務等等的
3.我們住的7樓房間空調異響嚴重，響的跟個大壩泄洪一樣，我們又是通宵開車過來的，在房間想補覺卻嚴重影響睡眠質量，剛開始沒察覺是空調問題 因為本來我們也沒開過空調，結果晚上回酒店休息越來越發現不對勁，這聲音都沒斷過，第二天實在受不了立馬去前台要求更換房間，後來先是詢問我們先維修一下空調試試，本人很怕麻煩，索性讓維修師傅直接把閥門關了，但這也意味着不能使用空調了，詢問過酒店維修師傅才得知這是什麼水空調，蓄水閥門壞了，衹能關掉閥門或者重新維修。下一波能入住到這個房間的幸運兒看到我這條評論都可以直接去找前台更換房間了。
實在有太多問題我懶得寫了，總而言之就算在節假日也不能對房間的打掃以及對設施不能及時維修佘山掉以輕心，視而不見，都這個定價了還要愧對消費者，酒店老闆反省下吧

自駕遊，國慶期間也周圍道路通行好，不堵車，離的商場和海邊都不遠，開車10來分鐘到達，房間的衞生還是不錯的，唯一不好的一點，不給用微波爐，這點太不友好了，帶點食物也不給加熱衹能扔了

環境很好 房間裏有小度智能語音 開燈關燈語音操作，孩子玩的很開。早餐很好該有的的基本的都有了，薩拉，牛奶，麪包，炒菜 麪食 餛飩。酒店北面窗外景色很美，見圖。

衞生：越來越差，連續兩次衞生都不好了，第一次強烈要求下給換了房間，第二次沐浴液中有異物沒有任何舉措。希望加大整改力度

環境是可以的，被套枕頭枕套有點點味道，難聞，感覺沒洗乾淨一樣的，還好自己帶了一次性用品用，枕套上有污漬，當時和前台美女説換一下，及時給我換了這服務態度挺好的，早餐還可以把。。。總體是可以的，希望本貴酒店衞生要求要改善，有機會再來旅遊再點這個店住哈～
