週一晚上去住的,平時基本上在別的地方也住維也納，因為各方面挺好的，但這一家首先環境跟平常維也納差距太大了，根本不是同一個牌子酒店的感覺，房間被子上有破洞和洗不掉的污漬，不過這個不影響，空調開了快兩個小時了，房間裏還是凍人的温度，然後想看電視電視還是壞的，屏幕上有明顯的磕壞痕跡，聯繫前台然後讓大叔幫忙看看，結果大叔説，空調就這樣，電視就是好的就是沒壞，電視都花屏了愣是説沒壞，然後沒辦法換個房間吧，結果大叔説，你換了房間以後不保證空調和電視都是好的先提前説好別到時候再找他，那這酒店都經營成這樣了還開什麼酒店，這還是維也納嗎，換房間以後，空調開了一晚上開始凍人，還是大叔調試過的空調，被子加羽絨服蓋了一晚上都快凍感冒了，甚至這兩個房間的燈都是有部分是壞的

服務非常好！環境很好，安靜且很乾凈！早餐很好吃！第二次入住。
特別特別特別感謝餐廳的一位郭師傅，吃完早餐，我把手機落在餐廳，以為指定丟了，結果回去發現，郭師傅把我的手機保存的好好的。
我塞給郭師傅錢以表感謝，郭師傅微笑拒絕，説：衹要是東西落在酒店，別人不拿，指定丟不了！你就放心吧！
山東之星給我印象太好了！熱情！善良！無論是坐地鐵，住酒店，還是去各種場合，都讓我覺得不虛此行！下次來青島，還會選擇你家酒店！再次感謝郭師傅！！！
