設施：房間比公佈的面積小，網上説25平米，實際入住的不足20平。房間無電熱水壺，熱水是老闆燒的，給兩個暖壺。房間內衹放下一個牀頭櫃，無桌椅。民宿無電梯。
衞生：一般
環境：離仰口沙灘很近，150米。酒店未在公路邊上，離景區公路100米。車開不進去，車可以停仰口景區2號停車場（免費停車）。
山景房，窗外能看到嶗山索道和壽字峯
服務：老闆老倆口比較熱情，就是方言太重，總是聽不清他們説的什麼。

衞生條件還可以，一般民宿的條件，新裝修的，有榻榻米的床，孩子喜歡，房間裏可以看見一隅海面，這家的好處在於在巷子裏面很幽靜，既可以享受去海邊的便捷，又不被外面公路上的車輛吵到。步行到沙灘幾百米，幾分鐘就到，很方便。民宿老闆父親做飯挺好吃，就是價格偏貴，菜式較少。距離仰口風景區也很近，去仰口可以走着，那天下雨，我們開車去的。

感覺是同等價位裏仰口這邊最好的住宿了，其他都是農家樂。。但這家裝修很新也很乾凈，價格真的也很便宜，畢竟這裡是景區，遠離市區喧囂。二樓住宿，一樓飯店。老闆燒的一手好菜，價格還實惠，真的特別好吃！我説不吃肥肉，挑了整盤瘦的給我，特感動。份量特別足，放在我們南方價格得翻兩倍了。真的是樸實熱情的山東人民哈哈。他們蒸的饅頭也好吃！老闆一家人都特別好，我出去玩還叮囑我注意安全。地理位置也絕佳，走到仰口景區就幾分鐘，出門就能看到海。若干年後若是再來嶗山腳下，希望還能吃到你家炒的菜呀。祝生意興隆！
