The room is OK but the location is really remote, which is acceptable. What's outrageous is that there was no air conditioning in the middle of the night. After I gave feedback, they said they were repairing it, but there was air conditioning in the corridor but not in the room. It was pure deception. They called to negotiate and they said they couldn't turn it on. They asked us to open the window for ventilation and it was very cool. I booked a room with air conditioning. Why did they ask me to open the window? I called the platform to give feedback directly. I have to say that Ctrip's customer service is still very good. The platform called the hotel to negotiate before turning on the air conditioning for us. It's really outrageous.
