這個酒店是新開的，裝修都非常的好，房間的設施也不錯，前台小妹妹的服務也非常熱情。還有免費的飲料泡麪。另外這個位置不錯，去哪裡都很方便，溜達着去小麥島公園，青島大學。老闆推薦的麥島海鮮市場，還可以自己做海鮮吃。

一次非常好的住宿體驗，房東姐姐人特別好，有問題都及時幫我們解決了，房子位置離地鐵站又很近，出門就是地鐵，離各個景點都出行方便，全屋智能住的也很舒服。每天都及時打掃的。下次有機會來玩還會選擇這裏！

真的很棒！
回學校考試訂酒店的時候發現了這家，硬生蹲了一個月終於定到了！從位置到環境一切都非常完美！
小姐姐也非常温柔，入住的時候非常認真仔細的叮囑每一個地方！
全屋都有小度小度，對我這種上了床就不想下床的人來説是無比方便！住起來非常舒服！
強烈推薦每一個回青大考試的來住，尤其你在西院考試的話你會更舒服！

離地鐵站很近，出行很方便，房間很好，就是偶爾會有小飛蟲。前台服務都很好，有照顧房客私隱，退房可以寄存行李。

第一次訂單這麼好的房間，孩子想去極地海洋公園玩，在附近的酒店看評價，衞生很不乾淨，於是選擇坐地鐵就一站的這家民俗，真的很意外，媽媽説比海邊500 600的房間都要好，體驗感很好，下次還會繼續光顧。店家也貼心，準備了小童拖鞋、小童牙刷，點贊👍

離地鐵站很近，特別乾淨，看我們帶了小孩，還拿了小孩拖鞋和洗漱用品，有兩個公用洗衣機，洗洗泳衣衣服很方便，地鐵站口就在樓下，不用過馬路，旁邊吃飯的也很多，味道也不錯。旁邊有個粥餅店很好吃，停車免費。推薦。

真的太愛了！！！我從來不怎麼主動無償寫評論，這是第一次！！雖然我沒拍照，但是真的不影響我要表達我的感受！我們四個小姑娘住的四人間，就想沿海玩一玩，這個地方地鐵巨巨巨方便，出門30米就是地鐵口！
最重要的是，物美價廉，這個價錢住到智能家居的酒店真的很不容易，而且！房東小姐姐態度超級超級好！人美心善！真的太愛了，以後真的，有人問我去青島住哪裡我必定首推這裏！
