房間雖然不奢華，但是很乾凈整潔，很有住家的感覺，可以自己做飯喲，每天免費的6瓶水，有問題房東也是第一時間回覆真的棒。性價比也很高！

一家子自駕出遊都還比較滿意。臨近海邊想出門走走有兩個浴場和八大關景區可選。夏天應該更漂亮。

風景很好，現實中比圖片拍的更好看一些
很大，最多可以六人入住，還配備麻將機
配備一次性用品，一次性毛巾和浴巾等都有，電動廁所。配一次性馬桶圈
存在問題：浴室杯子裏面都有沉澱物，有一個廁所馬桶有尿漬，浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡整個浴室地板會變得非常滑，容易摔跤。
十一點多突然停電了，不過反應很快馬上來修好了
房間的插頭設定不太合理

地理位置可以，樓下就是第二海水浴場。房間內可以直接看到大海和遠方。窗户還算乾淨。屋內裝修一般，全靠海景支持，如果沒有海景的話，這個裝修和軟硬件設施稍微有點對不起這個房價。不過總體來説還算可以，中規中矩。房內有兩個衞生間，兩個人都要上廁所的話完全不擔心。房間隔壁還有房子，像是一間房硬生生隔成兩間房，衹有一個薄薄的推拉門擱着，可以説幾乎沒有隔斷。開始入住的時候以為是我們沒有付錢買兩室的所以鎖起來了。第二天退房出去的時候發現阿姨在隔壁打掃衞生，隔壁有個單獨的入户門，，，但是這屋裡就用了一個簡單的布一樣的東西隔着。還好昨晚隔壁沒有住人，否則不知道有多尷尬。。。

房間不錯，超大落地窗看海，衞生比較乾淨整潔，我們定了兩晚第二天還有人給打掃了房間，服務確實不錯。下樓往東走就是海邊，一早起來可以去看看海釣者，上午退朝了還可以去撿點貝殼之類的玩玩。

房屋乾淨、整潔、明亮，帶着孩子可以三家入住。有空調、有供暖。在床上就可以欣賞大海和海島的美景，白天波光粼粼，晚上濤聲伴奏。裝修別具特色，彷彿住在海中央，下樓便入聞名遐邇的青島八大關景區，出行非常方便，服務態度又好，可以説進行了一次超高的居住體驗。謝謝房東！

因為這棟樓裏好多家民宿可以選擇，第一晚上住了14層的一家民宿，第二天入住了這家民宿，形成了鮮明對比，老闆服務態度很好，就是房間裏的設施一言難盡。
1.樓層高在30層，所以景色和視野是沒話説的棒
2. 床附近沒有充電的電源插座，有些離譜了
3.水龍頭水温忽高忽熱，調到中央的温度，在一打開暴熱，給小朋友燙慘了
4.浴缸及洗手間衞生堪憂，地上有黑色的小蟲子爬
5.床單上有頭髮，掛椅的墊子也都是臟臟的一塊塊的浸濕的痕跡
6.窗户漏風，房間內温度很冷，需要開空調才行，沒有第一家住的民宿有地暖很暖和
如果單純想要欣賞景色拍拍照片的話推薦來打卡，如果想要住的安心的話還是在選擇一下吧～
