The building is from 1990th and needs restoration. Our room after couple rainy days has leaks from ceiling. Other than that the place was OK. The price was honest. Location is good, very close to metro, shopping malls and the beach. Shopping mall has nice food court and a grocery store.

This hotel is in an excellent location, which is a two minute walk from the nearest subway station and a five minute walk to the main qingdao beach, and one of the best malls in the area. I would definitely recommend it as a cheap option, which ticks many boxes.

Hotel is on great location! Except that fact, it is just an afforadable sleepover place. Room was small and not so clean. Breakfast is in seafood restaurant nextdoor, very bad.

It took two laps to find the parking lot, and there was only one small opening to get into the car. The entrance of the hotel is not on the side of the road. You have to go through a small restaurant to find the front desk, which is wonderful. The lobby at the front desk is very small. The toothbrush box in the room has grown hair. The toothbrush is dirty and there are hairs. No one has used it for a long time, and no one has cleaned it. The room was not cleaned when I checked in, and I stood outside the door under the sun for more than 20 minutes. Because the hall was too small, a few people were full. I wanted to ask for more pillows at night, but I didn't have one. The next day I could only change the hotel, which was delayed for a few hours.

The room is in line with the photos. It's super close to the sea. The room can't see the sea. It takes 3 minutes to walk there. There is a shopping center nearby, which is more convenient.
